All my items are custom made and photographed. Any bespoke orders are always approved by the customer before sending.

In the event you cancel your order before your item was shipped, a full refund may still be possible. Please contact us here!

Any Item(s): Can be sent back and refunded within 14 days of delivery if it was not to the buyers expectations/liking.

  • If the item is damaged, send photo(s) of the item(s) and parcel(s) as proof and we will see whether it’s refundable or not.
  • The buyer will receive an amount up to 40% of the total value of item(s) to their associated order by default, or the percentage specified by one of our contact representatives. e.g. If your Order was $40 then you would receive a maximum amount up to 40% = $16. This is to help cover any labour costs or material costs.
  • If the item(s) we get back are unworn/unused, refund is possible within 1-7 working days from the 1st of the following month or the specific date given by one of our representatives.
  • If the item(s) we receive is not in it’s original condition (if they have been used in any way, installations, modelling etc) , we reserve the right to reject the return or refund less than the default refund price of the item(s).
  • There will be no refund(s) if the item(s) was lost in the mail.
  • The buyer covers all costs of sending the item(s) to the seller (tracked mail is highly recommended).
  • If the total value of item(s) is more than $50 USD then the return shipping cost will be paid for in full as part of your refund providing you have proof of purchase (e.g. receipt).
